Kozlova joins Ogier from Harney Westwood & Riegels where she focused on the Russian and CIS markets.
As the only native Russian lawyer admitted in the British Virgin Islands, Kozlova is a key hire for Ogier.
Kozlova will work closely with Ray Wearmouth who she follows to Ogier from Harneys.
