Share On Facebook >Ogier is delighted to announce the appointment of three new lawyers to its BVI office.
Paul Kelly joins as a Senior Associate. Paul has over 6 years PQE experience as a mergers and acquisitions specialist. He joins Ogier from Cobbetts LLP in Manchester where he was a director. Simon Meagher joins from SJ Berwin LLP in London as a Senior Associate and is a funds expert with 6 years PQE experience. Oliver Bell also joins as an Associate, with over three years PQE experience, from Olswang LLP in London as a corporate and regulatory lawyer.
The new appointments follow the arrival of Lee Osborne, who recently joined Ogier as a Senior Associate. Lee was formerly in-house counsel at Equity Trust (now TMF Group) in the BVI.
The hires reflect Ogier's continued commitment to the growth and development of the corporate, funds and finance teams in the BVI office. Ogier are also expecting two additional corporate and finance lawyers to join their team before the end of the year.
